Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Park Rapids, MN so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Jay Jorgenson, D.D.S.or Steve Schell, D.D.S. do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check and any major credit cards. We also have a payment plan called CareCredit, that allows you to start treatment today and spread payments over time, with the possibility of interest-free time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes appointments may need to be rescheduled. We request that you give our office at least a 24-hour notice that you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We will at that time help to find a better time/date to accommodate you and then reschedule your appointment. If for any reason you cannot give a 24-hour notice, you will be charged a fee of $45.00 or more, depending upon the amount of treatment that was scheduled for that particular appointment. We reserve specific amounts of time in our schedule for our patients, ensuring them that they will receive the proper treatment and care during that time. Our patients are very valuable to us, as is our time with them. We ask that you please be considerate to this request.
Discount Policy
Our dental office provides discounts for paying in full with. cash, checks, credit cards and pre-paying for scheduled dental appointments for amounts over $500.00. Discounts as followed:
- 7% discount for pre-paying with cash or check prior to day of service
- 5% discount for pre-paying with credit card prior to day of service
- 5% discount for paying with check or cash on the day of service
- 3% discount for paying with credit card on clay of service
